It’s a good feeling, isn’t it? I mean, you just can’t help but look at yourself in the mirror and finally agree you have got your shit together. Then the next day you are back at it, like it didn’t even happen. You get woken up by the kids, you are struggling to get out of bed and there it hits you, am I going to be able to have another GOOD day?
It’s always a mistery, you just don’t know because your kids are unpredictable and you don’t have the energy to keep up! But why was yesterday so different from today and even from the day before?
It was an accident. You accidentally tripped over what looks like a PERFECT day in motherhood, where you unknowingly carried your tasks a certain way, just like those lego pieces that fit in perfectly, that is how it felt all along…smooooth!

The answer is very simple, a steady and easy yet smart routine is what you need in order to be able to enjoy days like that. For as long as you wing it, it will most likely stay exactly that, an accident! Winging it and going with the flow (usually your children’s expectations and demands) is not what you are in this for.
Motherhood is NOT supposed to be hard, nor miserable. Motherhood is here to manifest the best version of you as a woman who lives life at its fullest and doesn’t settle for less than being HAPPY! You will hear me say this a lot but “your kids don’t need a perfect mum, they need a happy one”!
